Welcome prospective Loan Signing Specialists. Thank you for your interest in becoming an Independent Contractor for Signed and Sealed, Inc. Our company is seeking qualified Signing Agents/Loan Closers to join our network to support our rapidly expanding client base throughout the United States.

Our fees are very competitive. Invoices for completed closings are paid quickly.

Requirements for Independent Affiliates of Signed and Sealed, Inc.

Each affiliate must be individually approved as an Independent Contractor and will be compensated for pre-negotiated fee for each of our products completed. All affiliate Closers are required to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement with Signed and Sealed, Inc. to clarify their individual employment with our company. All contracts must be submitted and approved before Closings can be assigned. 

Our Network Notary/Closer Affiliates Must:

1. Be an approved licensed notary/attorney for your registered state
2. Provide quality and efficient work
3. Must be able to go over and explain Hud 1 Settlement Statements and understand standard closing documents
4. Meet turnaround deadlines
5. Be equipped with a computer capable of receiving e-mailed or electronically delivered documents
6. Laser printer with a minimum of a PCL 6
7. Have a dedicated fax machine and cell phone
8. Have reliable transportation
9. Keep a positive attitude
